According to the book by Andreas Malessa the unreformed Martin Luther a clergyman Karl Lotz wrote the sentence in 1944, just few months before the Third Reich collapsed. He was writing a letter to members of the Confessing Church (known from Dietrich Bonhoeffer).

However, at this very moment! Trumpster and Rocket Man are preparing for the match! Who is going to win? Place your bets, ladies and gentlemen! Since there are reasons in different times, indeed, for gardening, it is also a really good time to do it now. The weather in Finland, at the end of September this year, is unusually warm.

A14 square meters planting area requires ten hours work. My back is hurting. It is hard to dig up clay. After taking off the grass clay has to be mixed with black mold. Then it is time to find right places for the plants according to our plan (which, as the whole project, you can guess, is done by my wife...).

The list is following: Clematis 'Arabella' and 'Piilu'; Lavender Pinwheel; Juniperus Chineses; Cherry; Perennial Woodland Sage; Peonies; Syringa; Azalea; Spirae Salicifolia; and eventually Roses. 

They will come in spring.

Vaikka tietäisin, että huomenna on maailmanloppu, istuttaisin silti tänään omenapuun.

Lutheria? Näin usein kuvitellaan, vaikkei hän sanonutkaan niin. Andreas Malessan kirjan the unreformed Martin Luther mukaan lauseen kirjoitti vuonna 1944 Karl Lotz niminen pappi, vain muutamaa kuukautta ennen Saksan kolmannen valtakunnan luhistumista. Hän kirjoitti kirjeen Saksan Tunnustuskirkolle (tunnetaan Dietrich Bonhofferista).

Mutta juuri nyt! Trumpster ja Rakettimies valmistautuvat otteluun! Kukahan voittaa? Asettakaa panoksenne, hyvät rouvat ja herrat! Elokuva, videopeli ja TV sarja ovatkin jo suunnitteilla? Ehkäpä lisätään tähän vähän voittoisaa musiikkia? Da-daa!! Ja yleisö saa aina äänestää voittajaa!

Eriaikoina on eri syitä hoitaa puutarhaa. Lisäksi sää on vuodenaikaan nähden tavanomaista lämpimämpi.

14 neliön istutusalue vaatii kymmenen tunnin työn. Selkää särkee. Savimaan kaivaminen on  raskasta. Kun ruoho on saatu ylös on aika vaihtaa savimaa multaan. Sitten etsitään kasveille oikeat paikat suunnitelman mukaisesti (joka, kuten projekti muutenkin, on vaimoni suunnittelema...).
